I am extremely literate at computers & the internet, and I am interested in a computer science career (programming, information systems, etc.) . Is this a good career to get into, and what and where do you usually work for?

It's all up to you whether or not a career in Computer Science is fun. If you enjoy problem solving and math then you'll fall in love with computer science
According to nextSTEP Magazine that focuses on college and career, a Computer Software Engineer makes, on average, $79,995 per year and a Network System and Data Communication Analyst makes, on average, $63,918 per year. This tells you that a career in Computer Science is very rewarding and if you really love computers and math, it'll be fun.
Some major companies that you might work for are Microsoft, IBM, and Google. There are hundreds of companies that need individuals that have knowledge of computer science/information system because without them, the future of technology might come to a halt.
It's programming, but nearly all programming involves some math. A CS program is going to include a good deal of math classes. Many students get a math minor.
I am wondering if i can have a decent job if I finished a degree of BS Mathematics here in the Philippines. Do you have any suggestions? Please give some informative ones. Thanks.
Computer Programming because it is very much important that the student are capable to handle the computer's in our modern world.

Hello
I have heard there are universities in Finland that would offer a sposored study especially in the areas of IT. I need information on specific universities or colleges that provide these opportunities to international students.
This is because I am currently not able to pay the living costs in Finland and there may be a possibility to get career in Finland.
Thanks a lot in advance.
IMPIT program is meant for foreign students from universities having some contact with the University of Joensuu. The program offers a nice way to get international master degree in computer science in less than two years. The prerequisite is that you already have a B.Sc. level education with some background in Computer Science courses included.

I'm interested in a career in computers but I'm not sure where to start
As a computer science graduate. Computer science is the science of computers. That includes hardware and software. Software is computer programming. You will also learn what the hardware does. If you will Computer programming is a part of computer science.
Hope that helps.
