I have just appeared for TYBSc ComputerScience course..I am keen to study further but am totally abstract about the courses available..I have also a good hand on GRAPHICS and ANIMATION apart from SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING..I am confused as to an MBA degree would do me good or will it be different from the computer field..
An MBA is a general degree designed to improve skills in business. There are usually several options that can be chosen. Mine covered Marketing, Financial & Management Accounting, Organisational Behaviour, Operations Management, International Business, etc. Computers were covered but only as a small part of the course. (I also have a BSc degree in Physics & El;ectronic Engineering and had been working in the IT field for some time – so I found this part of the course trvially simple.)
I would advise anyone thinking of doing an MBA to have some experience in business first. The better business schools insist on this.
Whether it is suitable for you depends on your interests& aptitudes.

Well it simply depends upon what your personal interest and capabilities are…if you feel that you are a good researcher, and evaluate things in a broader perspective, then yes definatly MBA is somthing worthwhile if you are doing it in a MIS.
If you're good in the practical field, then its good for you to go into graphics and software development field. Dont go after the trends, it will only distract you. You do exactly what your attitude is. If you want to research in the computer sciences, then I sugguest that you complete you MBA in MIS and then for M.Phil or PhD prgramme.
